iLoveKickboxing - Hanover, MA

I’m a former CrossFitter turned iLoveKickboxing lifer! At ILKB-Hanover or Hanny as we tend to call it, they are truly a FitFamily in every way. I never thought I would experience so much love, excitement and encouragement but I have. One thing that I rave to everyone about is how CLEAN this studio is. With so much sweat being dripped all over the mats it would be easy for the place to get…well GROSS but the superheroes instructors all work together to clean the mats after every class in Hanover. I’m not the most fit person in the class (yet! ;) ), but I never feel self-conscious. If you aren’t sure if it is for you, just try it. Maybe you’ll find your new FitFam. One thing is certain, you can’t not smile in these classes. Even when your legs are screaming a smile isn’t far behind. Make sure you say hello! :)

ILKB has given me a new standard of workout. The classes are full of energy, challenging, fun and have given me a new reality of the "sweat factor" I never achieved at the gym. The staff and other members are so encouraging that it makes you push on. If you're looking for a new and exciting way to workout i suggest you give it a whirl!

Ilovekickboxing has become a huge part of my life! The people there are so encouraging and amazing. I always look forward to each class with some awesome people!

I joined ILKB Hanover 6 weeks ago and it has been the best time of my life! The studio is clean, the instructors have endless energy, the workouts are high energy and you will find every body type there with no judgment. The 60 min workouts will make you sweat and burn calories like no other! It helps that the music is also phenomenal too. Everyone needs to check the studio out!

Joining ILKB in Hanover is the best decision I've made for myself! The workout is always different and challenging, the instructors are super motivating, and all of the other members are so supportive! In 6 months I've already lost 20lbs, dropped 2 pants sizes, toned up, and have more confidence than I have in years! Can't recommend ILKB Hanover enough!

Ilovekickboxing is one of the greatest experiences of my life. It is a place where there is NO judgment and the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel amazing after class, I leave with more energy than what I go in with. The classes are energetic and upbeat. I always learn something new every day, whether its better form or a new move. Ilovekickboxing has been a game changer.

I'm not sure where to begin talking about how fantastic iLoveKickboxing - Hanover is. Not only is it an intoxicatingly upbeat environment, but the trainers legitimately take an interest in your fitness journey, goals, and YOU as a person. They are always, and I mean always friendly. My life has changed so much since joining, both physically and mentally. For the first time, I'm actually having fun while working out. Why would you not want that in your life?! They also make sure to clean the mats in between classes so cleanliness is never a concern. If you've thought about it...DO IT. You will not be disappointed.

Before I joined iLoveKickboxing in Hanover, I was definitely in a slump for well over a year. Previous to that slump I had been an active runner and had lost 40 lbs. After getting burnt out from training from my half-marathon, I put back on 30+ of the pounds I had lost. I was disappointed in myself and couldn’t pull myself together to do any sort of exercise for more than 2 or 3 times before I’d be frustrated and quit.
I had some friends who loved kickboxing, and I finally decided to give it a go. I was pretty nervous, having never been a “class type” person. My first class had a 1 on 1 with Jazmin while Nelly ran the rest of the class. There was so much enthusiasm and energy throughout the entire class that all my fears were gone. After the first class I signed up for the membership because I was instantly hooked. Drenched in sweat with a smile I couldn’t wipe off my face.
It doesn’t matter if I go with friends or go alone because everyone, kickboxers and instructors, is so friendly. I drive 45 minutes to the studio after work 3 days a week to work out with these wonderful people. The studio is always clean, the energy is always high, and the class is always different. It’s only been a month or two, but I feel better, my clothes fit better, and my energy is up. So far, it’s been my best decision of 2019.

ILKB Hanover is amazing. The staff is truly the most motivating group of people I have ever met. I have stopped going to gyms because it was so boring but every time I walk into ILKB Hanover, I get a whole hour of none stop fun. Who knew a workout could be fun! They all have such high energy and make everyone feel so welcomed no matter if it’s your first class or our 100th class. They really care about everyone who walks through the door and want to help you reach your goals. I have never found such an inspiring place to work out before, I have lost 15 pounds since starting and it’s all thanks to the staff and other members helping with accountability and keeping me focused on my goals. Also, facility is always clean! They offer challenges almost every month which focuses on a specific part of your body and gives me more motivation to keep up with the workouts out of class!

ILoveKickboxing in Hanover MA has changed my whole idea of fitness. I saw an ad for a great special that included free gloves. I signed up and went to the Meet and Greet at the new Hanover location. The energy when I walked in was once i! I loved the atmosphere and the staff. I signed up for a contract right then and there. I knew if I didn't I wouldn't follow through. I cannot stress enough how fun and addictive ILKB is. I am a 55 year old female that has lost weight, gained muscle and has self confidence back. I love this new fit fam!!
