Since joining iLoveKickboxing, I have noticed a big difference in my motivation to get to the gym. What else do I want to do after a long week than punch and kick things. The staff pushes you to be the best version of yourself and are always switching the routines up to keep your muscles working. I love what it has done for me so far and what it will continue to do for me in the future.

iLoveKickboxing is an amazing AND fun workout! It is always a little different, so you are always challenging yourself and always making progress. Plus the staff is so friendly and SO motivating! I love going to kick and punch away all of my frustrations!

I recently joined I love kickboxing Hanover and it’s been such a great experience. The workouts are fun, constantly different and full of energy. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help you wether it be with your technique or any adjustments you may need. Looking forward to continuing my fitness goals with them!

I love kickboxing in Hanover is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I love taking the classes and the way I feel after I finish one. The instructors also make you feel so welcome and motivated as soon as you walk in!

This is a great place. I am so happy i joined if you need the extra push and motivation they are right there! I love that they are so friendly and welcoming and make every class so fun and different and make everyone feel comfortable during class. If you don't show up for a few days they will reach out to you which i personally love because its gives me the motivation i need to get back. Its also very neat and clean inside. I highly reccomend Ilove kickboxing hanover!

iLoveKickboxing was just what I was looking for in a workout. The staff has the best energy to keep you motivated throughout your entire workout. As much as I look forward to going to class, nothing beats the post class energy that keeps me motivated all day!

I have been with “Ilovekickboxing” Hanover studio for 7 months now and I truly enjoy coming to this class each time. The staff are all friendly, amazing, supportive and very positive. They guide you every step of the way. I now feel stronger, have more energy and stamina, and feel more confident! I would recommend “Ilovekickboxing” to everyone!

I never thought i would actually enjoy going to work out, then i found ILKB!! The instructors are fantastic, positive, and so fun to work with. I leave there every time a sweaty mess but with a smile on my face. :-) i LOVE it here.

ILKB Hanover is just awesome! Once I started here, I just stopped going to the other gym I had a membership with - the workout is that good and that much fun! The trainers are the nicest, happiest people I have ever met - they all have so much energy and are great at motivating you to do your best! And everything is so clean!!!! If you don't like to sweat - this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to work hard, sweat like crazy and burn a ton of calories -- here is where you want to be!

I cannot say enough good things about ILKB Hanover. The staff has the most amazing energy, but they are also super supportive and caring about your individual goals. Kickboxing is the most intense but fun workout I've ever done. But, it's important to realize that it is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. There is no need to be intimidated. Classes are a mix of all ages, shapes, and sizes. It's the best part of my day. I'll be a member for life.
