I'm Vanessa Grace, the owner and licensed massage therapist of Unwind Massage & Wellness. I graduated from Cortiva Massage Institute in 2016 in Watertown, MA. Took my Mblex and got licensed in Florida in 2018. I specialize in working with athletes. I have worked in a Crossfit box, spas and a chiropractic office. I pride myself to help my clients prevent injuries and recover so they are able to workout, walk and move in their daily life without pain. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports and Reflexology. I also am trained in Cupping therapy, Trigger point therapy and Graston Technique (scaping). I will be adding new services such as Relaxation massage that will be incorporating Mother Holistic's CBD massage oil. Along with the Raindrop Technique that will be using varies Doterra Essential oils droplets to relieve inflammation.
