I don’t normally express my frustrations, but I am going to do it today because this is so wrong!

I tried to apply to Union at Wiley in Cedar Rapids, but I make too much money for their income guidelines. So, instead of being able to live in a brand new apartment with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in it, I have to continue to live in a 50 year old rundown building where I have to do my own dishes and walk to my apartment basement or take the clothes to a laundromat to launder them.

These places need to raise the income guidelines to a more reasonable level, or they need to lease apartments to “regular” people, too! So unfair!
