I believe that authenticity, warmth, and compassion are the foundation of healthy, healing relationships. My care provision is intentional, trauma informed, and patient centered. I operate from the premise that clients are the experts in their own lives and that recovery is possible for everyone. I have an expert knowledge of evidence based psychopharmacology and take a conservative approach to prescribing. I provide supportive psychotherapy within a bio-psycho-social and holistic framework and believe that lifestyle and community are primary sources of wellness.
