TotalBond Veterinary Hospital is here to serve the dogs and cats of Lake Wylie, South Carolina since 1984. We pride ourselves on being an AAHA Accredited hospital and we train our staff to use low-stress techniques to reduce elevated levels of stress in pets during their visit. In addition to our AAHA Accreditation and low-stress techniques, we are also Feline-Friendly, meaning we take extra precautions to keep your cat happy and stress-free during their visit. We are open six days a week and offer services ranging from wellness exams and sick visits to acupuncture, herbal medicine, orthopedic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, abdominal surgery, and more! Our abdominal ultrasound, commonly referred to as a “sonogram,” is a non-invasive procedure used to evaluate the abdominal organs inside a dog or cat using ultrasound technology.

Our surgical suite is modern and our surgical team is highly trained. We are eminently prepared to perform a range of surgeries that your dog or cat may need – from a spay or neuter, to an organ biopsy, and virtually anything in between.

We are proud of our AAHA accreditation. Fewer than 15% of veterinary practices earn AAHA accreditation. In order to earn accreditation, you must prove excellence in everything you do.

We maintain a digital dental xray in order to accurately diagnose your pet’s condition, and perform cleanings under the gum line (where periodontal disease lurks), along with procedures that are needed when the disease is more advanced, such as extractions.

Your pet’s physical exam includes checking the eyes for unusual coloration, discharge, proper light response, and more.

Acupuncture works by stimulating your pet’s natural healing mechanisms in order to reduce pain and inflammation.
