This event also celebrated the first ribbon cutting under Timnath's newly appointed Mayor, Robert Axmacher. A Day of Celebration The grand opening event kicked off at 11:00 a.m. with an exciting setup by Mike Krammerer of Bar Flying H Ranch, featuring bulls available for photo opportunities. Guests began arriving at noon, greeted by ample parking and the presence of photographer Craig Vollmer, who captured the day's memorable moments. The ribbon-cutting ceremony began at 12:15 p.m. at the front door of the model home. Jon Mosier, President of Landmark Homes, served as the emcee, introducing each speaker. The ceremony featured remarks from Jason Sherrill, CEO of Landmark Homes, followed by Dustin Peyser, Founder of the Timnath Chamber of Commerce, who introduced Mayor Robert Axmacher. The Mayor expressed his enthusiasm for the community’s growth and cut the official ribbon, symbolizing the opening of the new model home for tours. Explore Wilder at Timnath Ranch Following the ribbon-cutting, attendees were invited to tour the model home and three additional homes at 6842 Stonebrook Drive and 6825 Maple Leaf Drive #101 and #201. Chick-fil-A provided catering, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The event concluded at 2:00 p.m., leaving guests excited about the potential and beauty of their new community.
