A select number of our 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments are leased by the bedroom. This option allows college students a private bedroom with your own lease (only you are on your lease). Students share the common area living room, kitchen and bathrooms all of which have been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, wood-look flooring and cherry cabinetry. We also offer traditional one, two, and two+den apartments with the same upgraded finishes.
