Dr. Carmichael graduated with distinction from Mesa Community College. During his studies at the Arizona State University, he also attended the Barret Honors College. After graduating from The University of Colorado with a B.S. degree in Medical Sciences, he continued his education at the University's School of Dentistry, where he received his D.D.S.D
