They towed my car to the collision center where I had an appointment. Stonewall later told me my car had been refused because I had no appointment.
The collision center said Stonewall was talking nonsense, I had an appointment and they could take the car.
I had to get in-between Stonewall and the collision center to sort it out. It was easy for me to sort it out, I dont know why Stonewall had such a hard time.
Next thing, I get a text from Stonewall asking me write a review. I did and described the issue.
Probably five seconds after posting the review I got an angry phone call from one of the owners of Stonewall who was angry about the review. He basically shouted me down and I eventually just hung up.
It was a crazy experience.

The collision center said Stonewall was talking nonsense, I had an appointment and they could take the car.

This is not at all how this happened. We tried ( as we always do ) to act in the best interest of our customer.
Ed- This is not at all how it happened. We towed your vehicle to the service center, we were originally told that they did not have room for it, ( Tracey was the advisor that told us they did not have room) and if they could not make room they could not accept it. Our driver called me ( Ken ) and made me aware. I told the driver to stay with it and we would get it sorted out. It took 4 text messages to you and 3 phone calls before you would pick up. I simply explained to you that we would not leave your vehicle unless it was in a spot, and I asked you to please call Tesla and verify with them. It was YOU are the one who got upset- not me. A technician from the repair facility ( who is use to seeing us ) asked our driver what the issue was, when we explained it to him, he directed us to the employee parking area and told us we could drop your car there. That Ed, that is the truth.
