Two words. They rock!!! I had a difficult time putting my key into the cylinder and was going to have them replace the entire lock. He advised me to just put some lubrication around it and it solved the problem!!

He was super fast in getting to me and was equally fast re keying 4 locks on a Saturday night!
I can't recommend this company enough. If there were more stars to give I would.

Excellent service all around. They were on time, professional, and fast. He did not try to up-sell me. Instead, he reassured me that some of our existing locks were fine and did not need to be replaced. We will be calling them again to have additional service in the building.
