He is a graduate of the University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN. Dr. Kelly completed his residency at the UMDNJ. Jenny Pak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing and BSN from Thomas Jefferson University.
