I feel fulfilled when I work closely with patients to understand their unique and personal healthcare goals. I was born in Vermont and completed my undergraduate studies in biology and Spanish at UVM. I later earned a master's degree in nursing from Regis College. As a nurse practitioner, I believe in taking a holistic approach to patient care, and I have a keen interest in women's healthcare.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, walking, travelling, and spending time with my family. I make it a point to practice yoga daily, which has been an essential part of my life for over 20 years.
