Helping people to feel deeply relaxed and freed up from the everyday tension patterns is one of the most rewarding practices for me. I offer Myofascial, Swedish, and Integrative massage. I began working as a massage therapist in 2012 and specialize in working with athletes on injury recovery and performance enhancement. I tailor my technique to the unique needs of each client. A massage with me is an opportunity to be guided by a practitioner who is committed to providing quality service and holding safe space for their clients.
