Had 0800-1200 timeframe scheduled for appointment and no one showed up or contacted me to let me know they weren't coming. When I called office, Manager David, was rude and told me the tech called out that morning and they cancelled me. No contact or apology given, then wanted to know when I wanted to reschedule like they had done nothing wrong. Very poor customer service, Look under yelp reviews and you will see many like this. I wish I had looked before going with my insurance company recommendation. Geico did give me 3 more recommendations they have not had complaints about.
