We are located in Pasadena on W Walnut St and Fair Oaks Ave in the Avila Building, which is directly across the street from the Parsons Building. Our studio is conveniently located off the Fair Oaks exit, accessible from the 134 or 210 freeways. Owned and operated by native Angelenos and long time Pasadena residents, SPENGA Pasadena combines the 3 essential elements of fitness into 1 group training workout by placing equal emphasis on cardio, strength, and flexibility. You won't find a workout like this at your local gym. SPENGA Pasadena is the first SPENGA studio in California and on the West Coast. The SPENGA SoCal team looks forward to growing the brand and building more SPENGA studios across the Southern California region.
