Welcome! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field. I specialize in working with school-aged children, adolescents and families. I also enjoy working with individuals in early adulthood. I mainly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my work and I have specialized training in the area of trauma and anxiety. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. However, each person who walks through my door brings a unique set of characteristics and life-experiences and I individualize each treatment plan accordingly.
