I have worked over 30 years gaining expertise working with individual, group and family therapy in a variety of settings including in-home, hospitals and offices. My personal mission is to reduce the stigma of mental health and take a whole person approach to treatment and to consider the impact physical and mental health has on the whole person.

My approach focuses on building relationships after completing a comprehensive assessment and walking beside clients to identify personal goals, build trust, educate and seek solutions that reduce symptoms and stress, increase understanding and coping skills, improve relationships and overall mental and physical health.
