The full body massage targets all the major areas of the body that are most subject to strain and discomfort including the neck, back, arms, legs, and feet. If you need an area of the body that you feel needs extra consideration, such as an extra sore neck or back, feel free to make your massage therapist aware and they’ll be more than willing to accommodate you.
