This is not a serious company to do business with. Chad is unprofessional and rude. Nobody answers their office phone number or emails.
1. The engine ordered in October and was shipped 2 weeks later although in the invoice it is stated 3-5 business days.
2. After I paid for the engine in full via wire transfer, I waited for 1 week to receive the tracking number.
3. The shipped engine was not compatible to my truck. The invoice and request was made for 2009 engine, but shipped was engine from year 2007.
4. The engine was damaged according to the shipment documents. I refused to accept the engine was it was shipped 2 weeks later and it was the wrong engine - not the right year.
5. Chad would always say to wait for confirmation or tracking number and would always receive a text message days or weeks later. He stated that the engine was at the carrier warehouse, but never provided the information of the place where the shipment was dropped. When I called the carrier company from the bill of landing, carrier stated that Robert Nashville actually accepted the engine back to their facility in GA.
6. The company does not answer their phone numbers, I left several voicemails and still got no answers back to get refunded for engine price and clarify this situation.
Finally, I do not have the funds and neither the engine because no one in the company wants to respond about this situation and take responsibility.
Avoid this company and do not do business with them.
