Our fitness training programs are designed to deliver two things - great results and the best hour of your day. You’ll have fun, sweat a ton, and make great friends while you build your confidence and your body. Don’t worry about what shape you’re in today. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

At Rising Legends our coaches are of the utmost professionalism and experience. We offer group crossfit classes as well as one on one personal training.

We are located in Valley Cottage, a hamlet within Rockland County. Easily accessible to our neighbors such as Nyack!

Mon 5am-7am, 9am-10am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, Tue-Thu 5am-7am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, Fri 5am-7am, 9am-10am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, Sat 8am-12pm, Sun 9am-12pm
