Dr. Rick Rutkowski graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1989. After working in general acute care, he decided to pursue sports medicine training with a nationwide corporation. He completed a 4 month intensive fellowship with HealthSouth Rehabilitation and then went on as a director for a physician’s group as well as another major rehabilitation corporation. Dr. Rutkowski earned numerous certifications and accolades along the way.

In 2001 he started his own physical therapy & training business. During that time he saw how the “health” in healthcare was still eluding people and decided to build Rejuvenage Wellness in order to help educate people on how to achieve healthy aging while reversing chronic diseases and extending our health spans and lifespans. Dr. Rutkowski sought to build a pool of longevity resources for his clientele and has helped thousands recover from injuries and reduce the effects of chronic diseases so they could go on to lead a happy and productive life.
