I specialize in Cognitive and Dialectal Behavior Therapy treatment methods (CBT and DBT). I provide treatment for medication management, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic attacks, and addiction/substance abuse.

The first session is an initial evaluation, which includes developing a treatment plan. Subsequent sessions include medication management and ongoing assessment of treatment effectiveness. We provide virtual and in-person treatment sessions .(* NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES THROUGH TELEHEALTH)
