I have had my Serta Mattress scheduled for today (Dec 13, 2022) since Dec 1st.
I received a message yesterday at 330pm stating it would be delivered between 7am to 11am today. However, at 8am I get a text saying : DELIVERY CONFRIMED DEC 14TH no notice or reason
I tried contacting RXO but there are outsourced to China and are ridiculous with no help.
Then I get a call from a JoAnn from China saying can't deliver 14th but now the 15th. I asked how can I trust this date? I have never dealt with a place that won't give an agent # or initial of last name. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!!
