Dr Phelan is very very good, gentle, kind, smart, respectful...he took the time to explain in detail all the treatment options to my son and went above to get his medication to him promptly. You don’t feel rushed with him. His office is clean and tastefully decorated and his staff are very helpful and nice. We’ve already sent 3 people to him!

Love, love my dermatologist. He is very kind and attentive. Always thinking about the patient first and foremost. I would highly recommend Dr. Phelan to anyone looking for a kind and compassionate dermatologist who knows his stuff.
