Doug Perdue started the business in 1999 with nothing more than a pickup with a small tank and a solid knowledge of sealcoating. Business has grown since then, and we've managed to become a leader in asphalt and parking lot maintenance in Illinois. We're completely ready to serve all of your asphalt maintenance needs, and have the knowledge and experience to offer services that will improve the strength and durability of your asphalt service. We are certainly a growing business, but we still maintain the strong values of our humble roots. Maintaining strong relationships is just as important to us as maintaining strong asphalt.
