Kevin is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He's true to his word and delivers on the promises he makes.
I had a myriad of problems on my rig and he tackled them all quickly; but he even explained what he was doing and talked me through basic troubleshooting on multiple appliances so I'd know how to approach issues in the future or while boondocking..
We could could sure use a few more guys like Kevin nationwide for our fleet!
