Blaine has a passion for helping others heal, being the positive change the world needs, and leaving others better than when she found them. While most of her days are focused on prescribing medications, non-medication techniques and whole person wellness is what drives her. She is trained in Reiki, mindfulness techniques, yoga nidra, expressive arts and more.

Sessions with Blaine are always patient-focused and individualized. Every individual is unique so their plan of care should be too. You'll be heard, understood and supported. You'll also be pushed, when needed, to address topics that are uncomfortable to process as a technique to get you to your goals.
