Dr. Foggia completed his Residency in Family Practice at Davenport Medical Center in 1997. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in 1994. Dr. Foggia is board certified by the AAPS in Emergency Medicine and in Family Practice from ACOFP. He is also certified in advanced cardiac and trauma life support, pediatric advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation.
