Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services is a privately-owned, fullservice, commercial real estate development and brokerage company headquartered in Plains Township, Pennsylvania, near Wilkes-Barre. We were founded in 1985 by Wilkes-Barre native Robert Mericle, and we have become one of the most accomplished developers of industrial, flex, office, and medical space on Pennsylvania’s I-78/I-81 Corridor.

Altogether, we’ve developed more than 26 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office space in Northeastern Pennsylvania, most of it on speculation. That’s enough square feet to cover more than 500 football fields.

Today, we own and maintain 17 million square feet of space. Our inhouse Property Management Department is available 24-7 to make sure your space stays in tip-top shape at all times.
