"Melissa Armstead, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 13 years and older. She provides primary and preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, well-woman visits, vaccinations and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide range of conditions, including asthma, allergies, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms, osteoporosis, contraceptives, thyroid disorders, depression and urinary tract infections.
