Dr. Ragins practices pediatrics in Bay Valley Medical Group’s Castro Valley office. She attended medical school at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois and completed her residency at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She received her Master in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
