In an effort to continually improve and provide the residents of Fort Collins with world class service, the City of Fort Collins renovated City Hall. The occupied renovation project included deconstructing the existing elevator and renovating the shaft to install a new elevator that meet all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards as well as adding an accessible restroom on the main floor.

The City of Fort Collins Utilities Vehicle Storage Building projects consists of two pre-engineered metal buildings constructed on the Utilities existing site. The Light and Power facility is a conditioned 11,340 square foot facility with integrated sustainable design concepts. The Water Services facility is a three sided 5,600 square foot building designed to cover large Utility vehicles and equipment.

Mappco worked with r4 Architects to build this boutique gym for Body 20 in Fort Collins.

Mappco collaborated with Edge Optics to renovate an existing office space and establish a new optical office. The project involved a new layout with three exam rooms, a sales area, a kids' play area, offices, a breakroom, and a lab. Mappco delivered this high-quality project a month ahead of schedule while staying on budget!

Mappco was the design-builder of this modern industrial interior tenant finish project for Anchor Roofing. The scope of work included new walls, finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting throughout. Mappco delivered this high-quality project on schedule and budget.

The Lincoln Center Performance Hall renovation was updated in celebration of their 40 year anniversary. The renovation project included removing the seats that were original to the 1978 opening of the facility and replacing them with modern theater seats with cup holders. The project also included new carpet and epoxy concrete flooring and new light lock vestibule construction on the mezzanine. In addition, a custom design-built audio/visual cable management system and modern LED egress aisle lighting system was installed.

Chad Mapp served as the Owner’s Representative for the City of Fort Collins on the Utilities Service Center remodel. This project was a major renovation of a 65,000 square foot occupied facility. The project involved remodeling the existing building layout and making major building envelope and energy efficiency improvements
