We work hard to offer great prices, clean units, and friendly service. We also provide a secure facility with perimeter fence, lighting, electronic gate systems, 24 hr. video surveillance, and on-site office. We offer units of all sizes to fit most all storage needs, including household, commercial, and storage for boats and RV's.
We understand that moving, downsizing, or just decluttering can be stressful, therefore we feel that storing your things shouldn't be. We try to make your experience as quick and simple as possible. Including the option to rent online or in the office. We look forward to helping you with all your storage needs!!
Our office is located on the NORTH side of Military Trail Rd- in the large grey building. FOLLOW the SIGNS
Watch for us as you drive by on Hwy 24! We are south of the highway with the big American flag.

We own 2 side by side facilities on BOTH sides of Military Trail Rd, just East of Manhattan, KS. The North side sits between Hwy 24 and Military Trail Rd. and the South side is south of Military Trail- directly across the street.
The office is on the NORTH side of the road.
Our south side offers 24/7 access with secured gate and passes
BOTH facilities have perimeter fence, lighting, secure gate, and an office on-site. This office is to the LEFT, in the "North" facility. Follow the signs.
Covered 12x42 storage
We offer both covered boat/RV storage as well as outdoor parking.
Our north side offers 7days, 7am-9pm access with a secured gate.
We offer sizes ranging from 5x10 up to 10x40 for household storage.
Our units are easy to get to, secure, and affordable.
