I have 10 years experience with substance abuse working with clients to help them process feelings, regarding addiction and other symptoms, such as trauma, anxiety , depression, grief and loss, relationship issues and other mental health needs in several different settings. I have 12 years experience working with children and families and have worked with families to learn new behavior techniques they can use to manage difficult behaviors. My therapeutic approach is to provide support by active listening and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. My goal is to provide a warm and empathetic environment that produces personal growth. I offer individual group and family therapy.
