Welcome to LifeStyle's for Health in Glendale, CA! We have been locally owned and operated for almost 20 years, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. LifeStyle's for Health specializes in functional fitness for senior citizens over the age of 50. We address back issues, balance, strength, gait training, nutrition, and overall functional body movement. We have a physical therapist on board, and we do accept insurance for all physical therapy patients. Come check out our Pilates and cycle classes that we offer for small groups. Our Pilates classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 pm, and cycling classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. For new clients, please call ahead to reserve a spot.
