I’m a licensed mental health therapist and registered yoga teacher, originally from Pennsylvania. I grew up visiting the shores of Lake Champlain in New York, and I’m thrilled to be growing roots in Vermont.I use an evidence-based approach, emphasizing trauma-informed care. I’m trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and am pursuing expertise in internal family systems therapy (IFS). I love working with teens and their caring adults.I enjoy skiing, biking, swimming, reading and relaxing on a hammock in my free time.
