KBA’s home office is in Bellevue, Washington. We have offices in Olympia, Mount Vernon, and Yakima, along with numerous project offices located throughout Eastern and Western Washington.

Our staff includes full time Resident Engineers and Construction Managers, full time inspectors, Office Engineers, Project Administrators, Schedulers, and Contract Specialists.

To date, KBA has contributed to the delivery of projects amounting to more than $5 billion in construction value.

85% of our revenue has been as a Prime Consultant, which demonstrates KBA’s success at providing project leadership.
