I hired this mover to pick up my house hold goods on the 19 of feb and these guys are amazing at what they do. Alex and his team really are great guys they work together and handle the job fast these guys were out in less than an hour. I'm traveling but i had to express how much this company stands next to their WORD! I had the pleasure of hiring this company and talking to Jasmine for my transportation needs and was so impressed by their wonderful customer service, their professionalism, their integrity is beyond words!! They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. When they couldn't bring up my computer desk, they took it apart and put it back together perfectly! They are just amazing and I also definitely recommend them.

My move from Pennsylvania to California was completed today and I feel the need to let anyone and everyone know the type of service I received from my moving company. The name of the company is Joy Moving Storage, and came and got me out of a claustrophobic existence! Yes, claustrophobic I said because mine was a small cottage where I had been staying for last three years with plenty of issues. I went through the paperwork with driver Derrick despite the bad stormy weather outside our move went smoothly. I would like to give them thumbs up as well as recommend them to people as being the worthy mover.

A friend of mine told me about her experience with Joy Moving And Storage on her move after graduating from Law School. I liked what I heard and decided I would give them a call. The sales rep, Cassandra, was so helpful in explaining everything and taking the time to answer all of my questions. Joy Moving And Storage moved me to my new place in AZ from CA without any errors, any delay or any other unwanted circumstances. The movers themselves, led by Derrick were dressed neatly in uniform and extremely polite. I could tell this wasn't their first time as they literally flew around my home packing and wrapping everything. All the movers were young and strong enough to hoist heavy items spontaneously. They left with a warm goodbye and 6 days later I received a call from their operations department that my delivery would be there within 36 hours. Not a single damage done to any of my belongings completed the entire move a lot earlier than the estimated time and charged the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

For somebody reading my review about this brand of movers, it would be my heartfelt suggestion to try them out if you need a long distance move, so I once heard somebody saying, "Yes, Joy Moving And Storage movers are good but they are really costly." And today I wonder who said so and why really! I had to shift cartons of computer accessories (hard disks, tablets, laptops, LED etc) to some 74 miles in Florida. Considering the nature of merchandise I had, you can well understand how conscious I might have been in the selection of the movers. And thanks God I wasn't mistaken with my choice. When your business is on the line I can say Joy Moving And Storage was up to the task. True Professionals.

They moved my apartment as well as my mothers to Virginia. We originally told them we were moving to D.C. and they gave us a special rate, but I found out I was moving a bit north - and they still gave it to us at the same rate! Here are the reasons why I made my apartment changing with Joy Moving And Storage- 1. The representative was very polite and answered my all questions' 2. They were early on both ends 3. Moving team was pleasant, fast and polite 4. Good communication 5. My all belongings were transferred safely without any damages or scratches 6. Price of the service was cheap. They are not amateurs experimenting with your precious belongings. They knew how they would handle different objects, which objects to be loaded and unloaded first, which objects to be given extra care and caution and in what time to complete the move! Amazing!

They proved my wife and I wrong about our fears and showed us the different between choosing a rip-off company to a licensed and insured with many years of experience moving company.The men were extremely careful with all of our belongings and made sure not to damage my former home along with my grandmothers antique. Their price was reasonable and fair based on the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend Joy Moving And Storage to all!

These guys helped me a lot. I'm a single mom and the kids were driving me crazy during the move. The movers were on time and courteous. They got me from Florida to Pennsylvania in a hurry. They also did not get lost along the way, unlike some people!!

Had to thank the driver Don for his patience this morning with the crew awaiting my arrival for the move. My expectations were met without damaging any of property; remained attentive of time managing, sustaining organization of the boxes, and generously precautionary to fragile objects placed in those specific boxes. Honestly made my move transition from not an emotional one, but into an at home comfort-ability for me as stated in their domain passages.
