Jim Ray Consulting Services is a small firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and professionals to accomplish what they set out to do. I work with clients in the areas of: Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Business Process Improvement, Analytics ("metrics") Reviews, Vendor Negotiations, Small Project Management and Professional Coaching.

Many of my clients have established practices, but are looking for ways to grow while increasing net margin. I have 20+ years of business experience, including 10+ years working specifically for and with attorneys. I've held managerial roles in several organizations.

I regularly contribute articles to local, statewide and national organizations on the topics of practice management and marketing.
