Jacklyn believes that therapy can be a beautiful step towards a more fulfilling life; an opportunity to process and explore, in a judgement free space, in order to build upon strengths and identify areas ready for growth and change. Jacklyn has worked with a variety of clients struggling with relationships, communication, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and other impactful issues. It is with an understanding that life is complex and presents unique challenges to each of us along the way that Jacklyn begins her work. Jacklyn draws heavily from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relational therapy skills to help clients learn ways to cope and adjust to help others build the life they want.
