The staff was very easy to get ahold of even after the office closed. The office ids local so you can actually work with a real person to set up your service. The other companies wanted me to do everything online. My service was connected way outside of regular business hours and the staff stayed late to help me. The fact that I needed their service was a nightmare but they helped me when I really needed it. I worked with several different people in the company and they were all friendly and non judgmental. My device stayed charged for 2 weeks at a time and was much smaller than all the picture seen online so it was less noticeable.
