Innovative Behavioral Medicine is an outpatient mental health practice that provides medication management, therapy, and mental health evaluations to individuals age 13 and up. We offer evening and weekend scheduling as well as in-person and telemedicine appointments. In addition, we are in-network with most insurances (Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, and United Healthcare/Optum plans).
