Hani is a real smooth talker. He promises to make things easy but when you need him, he doesn't answer his phone and his voicemail box is full. He didn't take our calls on a weekend and caused us to miss a bid deadline, even though all of our information was in and process and it would have taken him 3 seconds to mail the pre-approval letter. He even had the nerve to act like we were bothering him because he was so busy. Guaranteed rate was not helpful when I tried to call them for assistance in meeting our deadline. Time to find someone who is reliable.5d
