Halper Dentistry was founded nearly six decades ago by the late Dr. Elliott F. Brotz, D.D.S. Dr. Brotz built the practice on the belief that a dental office should be a place where patients look forward to coming in while still providing the best in dental care. This Philosophy has now been passed down through three generations.
