I had other CAT dealers that dropped the ball, but Holt Cat Waco tries to go the extra mile and accommodates me as best as they could. Mike is a super good guy, who never lets us down, and he is very accommodating.

Ordering parts is easy at the Holt Cat Waco Parts Store
I order parts all the time for my large fleet of Caterpillar generators. I use all three of their order methods: on line, in person, and over the phone. The level of service I receive from the Holt Cat Waco parts store is great. Everybody is personal and friendly and I have a family-type relationship with them.

HOLT CAT Waco's part store had the Cat Asphalt Paver parts we needed and got them out fast
We needed parts for our Cat AP1000 Asphalt Paver and the Holt Cat Parts Store in Waco found the parts we needed. The turn-around time between ordering and receiving parts is very short. I?m very impressed with Caterpillar and love doing business with them at the Waco location.
