They charge for services that are not needed and say they fixed the issue. NO INTEGRITY
The plumber came, did an incorrect diagnostic, replaced something that was not even wrong, did not take any pictures of the problem only the toilet, charged an enormous amount. The leak happened again after a week, the same plumber returned, advised he was with a new guy, said the correct issue is the toilet size instead and asked for more money.
When i called the vp redmond hill to address my concern, he spoke in such a rude manner and hung up. He showed complete lack of respect and care to the customer. I would never expect this from the vice president of a company.
Stay away and safe your self time and money
