Located on Paradise Drive in West Bend, Wis, Froedtert West Bend Health Center offers primary care, urgent care, pharmacy and many specialty services including diabetes, pain management and sports medicine. This location also offers several diagnostic services, like ultrasound, X-ray and CT scans. Our health network believes that prevention, early detection and disease management not only reduce patient health care costs, but can improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for a physical, follow-up or office visit.
