Welcome to Freedom Massage, LLC Freedom Massage is locally owned, catering to clients who want to make a difference in their health and well-being. As a massage therapist serving the community for over 15 years, my goal is to help clients break through their pain cycle and provide relief, as well as providing a relaxing and therapeutic environment. I believe very strongly in the mind-body connection and how each affects the other. To break this chronic cycle, one must be mentally connected to how their body feels and allow the massage to intervene. BREAK FREE from your pain cycle Jessica Phelps, LMT Jessica is a graduate of Blue Sky, School of Massage and Bodywork, in Grafton WI. With 15 years of experience since graduating in 2003, her style incorporates many of the techniques she has learned and adapted over the years. Jessica has a firm, intuitive touch that will leave you feeling relaxed but renewed. "My massage style uses a variety of techniques from gentle energy work to firm pressure. I tend to work areas of tension with precision, taking time to make sure blood flow is restored to the area of concern, breaking the pain cycle." Aside from her massage career, she has many creative interests; Cooking, fitness, nutrition, gardening, crafting, jewelry making, photography, decorating, just to name a few. She has a joyful personality and looks forward to connecting with her clients' goals.
