Farmers Insurance - Vivian Hernandez

They provided me with a quote, which I promptly paid for. I even received an insurance card. But then, out of nowhere, I received a call from the agency, informing me that my payment would skyrocket at the end of the month if I didn't also buy home insurance. Apparently, there was some sneaky discount added that was about to expire. Can you believe the audacity? I decided to take matters into my own hands and spoke directly with the agency owner, Vivian. She assured me that she would resolve the issue and get back to me promptly. Two whole weeks went by, and I heard absolutely nothing from her. No communication whatsoever.

To add insult to injury, when the end of the month finally rolled around, I was slapped with a much higher bill than I anticipated. How can a company be so unprofessional and dishonest? They lured me in with a seemingly good deal, only to hit me with unexpected charges later on.

I trusted this insurance company to provide me with a straightforward service, and instead, they manipulated and deceived me. I am thoroughly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy. Stay away unless you enjoy being taken advantage of!
